COOKIE POLICY
Effective date: June 16, 2026 · Last updated: June 16, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ELVTR US LLC (“ELVTR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://us.elvtr.com (the “Website”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy at https://us.elvtr.com/privacy and our Terms of Use at https://us.elvtr.com/terms .
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to store information. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, web beacons, and local storage. In this Policy we refer to all of these as “cookies”.
Cookies may be:
- First-party (set by ELVTR) or third-party (set by another organization, such as an analytics or advertising provider);
- Session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them).
2. How we use cookies, and your control over them
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Website without asking your consent. For all other cookies — analytics, functionality, and advertising — we ask for your consent first, and we do not set them until you agree.
When you first visit the Website, our consent banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or choose which categories to allow, with non-essential cookies switched off by default. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the “Privacy Choices” link on the Website. We keep a record of your consent, and we ask again periodically.
We also support browser-based controls: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of advertising/“sale or sharing”, and we use Google Consent Mode so that Google and advertising tags respect your choices. You can additionally block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the Website may not work properly if you do.
3. The cookies we use
The table below describes the cookies and similar technologies we use. Exact names and durations can change as our providers update their technologies; our consent banner always reflects the current list, which you can review at any time via “Privacy Choices”.
| Category | Provider / examples | Purpose | Type | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | CookieYes (consent record); Webflow; HubSpot; Stripe | Remember your cookie choices; keep the site secure and working; enable sign-in and payment | First & third-party | Session to 12 months |
| Functionality | HubSpot; Webflow | Remember your preferences (such as language) and personalize your experience | First & third-party | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (GA4) via Google Tag Manager | Understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it | Third-party | Up to 24 months |
| Advertising / targeting | Google Ads; Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Measure and deliver relevant ads, and measure campaign performance, on and off our Website | Third-party | Up to 13 months |
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Analytics, functionality, and advertising cookies are set only with your consent (subject to the UK note in Section 5).
4. Advertising cookies, and “Do Not Sell or Share”
Our advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags) share online identifiers and activity with our advertising partners to show and measure ads. Depending on where you live, this may be a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under US state privacy laws. You can opt out by rejecting advertising cookies in our banner or “Privacy Choices”, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal, or as described in the “Your US State Privacy Rights” section of our Privacy Policy.
5. A note for UK and EEA visitors
If you are in the EEA, we set analytics and advertising cookies only with your prior consent. If you are in the UK, where and once UK law permits certain low-risk first-party analytics and functionality cookies to be used without consent (with a simple way to opt out), we may rely on that for those limited cookies; we will continue to ask for your consent for advertising cookies. Until then, we ask for your consent for non-essential cookies as described above. Either way, you can reject or withdraw consent at any time via “Privacy Choices”.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies or the law change. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Please check this page from time to time.
7. Contact us
ELVTR is the controller of the personal information collected through cookies on the Website. If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy, contact us at privacy@elvtr.com or by post at ELVTR US LLC, 2810 N Church Street, Suite 86079, Wilmington, DE 19802, USA.
